# Voxie: consumer AI on SMS and phone calls

## Voxie: a consumer product already in use
Voxie is our proprietary consumer AI product, launched in the US in January 2025. People call or text its phone number for questions, writing, learning and conversation, without installing an app or using mobile data.

Voxie grew through organic discovery and word of mouth in the US, with interest spreading internationally. We built and operate the product ourselves: the conversation experience, SMS and voice delivery, memory, usage allowances and payment flows.

- **3.4M+ SMS message records:** Incoming user messages and AI replies; system notices and copied voice transcript turns excluded.
- **160K+ Recorded voice calls:** Call records containing at least one caller speech turn; not a count of voice minutes.
- **38K+ Distinct phone numbers:** Numbers with recorded user activity, deduplicated across SMS and voice; not verified individual people.

Main Voxie US service only. Recorded activity since January 2025; snapshot October 16, 2026. Excludes eYano, Rhodey and regional agents.

Operators can draw on that consumer product experience to develop their own branded subscriber service, through technology licensing or a managed product partnership. eYano on MTN Congo is a separate operator-branded SMS deployment; Voxie provides direct consumer SMS and voice operating experience.

## What operating the product teaches us
### A product consumers can discover themselves
A familiar phone number lets people try AI and share it with friends. Our US experience informs onboarding and product iteration; adoption in another market still needs local validation.

### One relationship across calls and texts
Voxie supports SMS and voice with conversation memory. Running both channels brings practical experience with context, response length, call limits and service continuity.

### Usage and monetization are product decisions
Free allowances, paid usage and payment flows are part of the operating experience. For an operator service, carrier billing, entitlement and retail packaging are integrated and tested with the operator.

### Consumer experience plus operator deployment
Voxie supplies direct consumer product experience; eYano supplies an operator-branded SMS reference. Network integration, launch languages and service economics are validated for each new deployment.

## Try the live consumer product
Call or text Voxie at +1 505-578-0813 from a supported US number. Free to try within the current service allowances; standard carrier charges apply. Other country-specific agents and supported channels are listed at https://voxie.network/. Availability and allowances can change.

## How the figures are counted
Figures are rounded down from stored application records, not independently audited carrier billing totals. SMS counts combine human messages and AI replies, excluding system notices and messages marked as voice or copied from a call. Voice counts include records with caller speech and may include test calls; they do not establish call completion or duration. Phone numbers are normalized and deduplicated across the two channels; shared, recycled or multiple numbers prevent equating them with individual people. Web chat and other agents are excluded. Organic growth describes our operating history, not a measured referral attribution percentage.

AI voicemail is a separate product with operator-specific forwarding and escalation requirements; these Voxie figures do not establish a deployed operator voicemail service.
